If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back to us within 30 days. Items must be in new condition.
Please email us at shabbytochicjewelry@gmail.com to request a return authorization (RA) within 30 days of your purchase. Once you receive the return authorization email, please print the RA and include it with the item(s) you are returning.
Please ship your items in a well-padded box, and use a method of shipping that you can track as we cannot be responsible for items we do not receive.
Credits will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-5 days of receiving your returned item(s).
*Purchases of final sale items cannot be returned. Each piece will specify whether or not it is final sale on the website and your invoice.
*Custom order pieces (custom lengths, and birthstone pieces) are not eligible for return or exchange.
We ship all orders for in-stock products within 2 days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday with the exception of major U.S. holidays.
If there are delays (weather or otherwise) we will email you with updates if we are unable to ship within the expected time frame.
All orders of $125.00 or more, (for delivery within the United States) will ship for free via USPS. Gift card purchases do not count toward product totals for free shipping.
Orders shipping to destinations outside of the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, and all U.S. territories) are not eligible for free/flat rate shipping promotions.

We do not offer an exchange policy due to the nature of some items being discontinued or selling out. We recommend you purchase the item you are wanting and return your unwanted item. For returns, please see return policy.

We believe in the quality of the products we create. We want you to continue to wear and enjoy your Shabby To Chic jewelry for generations. With proper wear and care our pieces can last a lifetime.

We promise free repairs and servicing of any defect in our craftsmanship for life. And, if an item is damaged due to causes other than our craftsmanship, we are able to repair it for a small fee.

• Do not throw or drop jewelry onto hard surfaces. The crystals are glass, they will shatter.
• Avoid direct contact with sprays—hairspray, perfume, lotions, etc.
• Remove your jewelry while showering, swimming or exercising
• Do not place directly in water for an extended period of time
• Never use chemical cleaners or polishes, they will strip the pieces of their plated finishes.
• Clean and polish with a soft, dry cloth
• Store jewelry flat in its organza bag to prevent bending or scratched crystals
If your jewelry becomes visibly dirty:
• A simple cleaning technique is to gently brush your jewelry with a soft brush (try an old toothbrush!) and warm, soapy water. We suggest using a mild dish soap when cleaning.
• Make sure you dry your jewelry thoroughly, and do not leave it sitting in water, or sitting wet for more than a few minutes.
• Do not use an at-home jewelry bath/machine for cleaning jewelry.
1. Please email us at shabbytochicjewelry@gmail.com BEFORE shipping. Please send any details you can and include at least 2 pictures of the piece needing repairs.
.2. Ship your item to us in a well-padded box, using a service you can track. We’ll email you as soon as your repair is received.
3. If the needed supplies are in stock repairs take about 2 weeks. In the rare instance supplies need to be obtained to complete the repairs, it could take up to 6 weeks.
4. Once your item is finished, we’ll send you an email with tracking information when we ship it back to you.
Please note: We cannot be responsible for repairs that don’t reach us. So make sure it’s well packaged, and shipped with a tracking number!

As long as we can obtain the materials to re-create any of our past designs, we can make it happen.
Full payment (or a non-refundable deposit) is required before beginning a custom order.
Deposits ensure your materials are secured and your order spot is reserved.
Custom orders take longer than ready-to-ship items.
Standard turnaround: 2-8 weeks (depending on complexity) and what items we currently have stock needed to complete your design.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
A design mock-up will be sent for approval.
Once approved, no major changes can be made without extra charges.
Because these items are made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale.
No returns, exchanges, or cancellations once materials are ordered.
Please allow 24–48 hours for responses about custom details.
Orders may be delayed if approval or information is not provided in time.
Custom items will ship after completion and final balance is paid.
Tracking will be provided once shipped.
Custom pieces come with the same care as ready-made jewelry, but any resizing, repairs, or adjustments after completion may incur a fee.
