Our return policy allows you 30 days from the moment you receive your item to request a return. This means you have ample time to decide if your new earrings are the perfect fit for your style. To ensure a smooth return experience, please keep the following in mind:

1. **Condition of the Item**: Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. We want to ensure that every piece of jewelry remains as beautiful as the day it was crafted.
2. **Proof of Purchase**: Don’t forget to include your order number when initiating a return. This helps us process your request quickly and efficiently.
3. **Initiating a Return**: To start your return, simply reach out to us at mailto:shabbytochicjewelry@gmail.com. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a RA# along with instructions on how to send your package back to us.
4. **Damages and Issues**: We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. 
5. **Exceptions**: Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 
6. **Exchanges**: If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.
7. **Refunds**: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
